  PLEASE READ ALL MY COMMENTS: Excellent value for Sydney (north) accom, BUT we aware, IT IS BUDGET STYLE. Not too flash or modern, very much old style. My room was clean; sheets, bedding & towels very clean and fairly new. Carpets etc all in good order. Share kitchen fabulous, huge & new share refrigerator & freezer. Again with the "BUT" it is a boarding house and is occupied mostly by MALE residents and is not really a "family environment". I cannot comment on the safety of the locale, but a bit creepy in the depths of night. Shower and toilet facilities are 2 cubes for the whole floor so AM shower time can be a waiting process. I showered at 5AM to avoid both the wait and floors sloshed with other peoples body water puddles. Overall not too bad all considered for a brief stay. Just brilliant transport connections to everywhere at front door !!! In it's 1 star category, a solid 8 out of 10 from me. I will stay there next time I am Sydney, no hesitation.

  Very close to bus stops and a nice park, staff friendly, rooms ok, some unusual long termers 'living' there though. Wifi is good but very small daily limit per device.

  Great place to stay! Amazing Value for the price. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms with lovely surrounding gardens. Perfect location, close to everything you need and want.. Cbd, Shops and restaurants etc. Public transport is also conveniently situated outside and across from the lodge. Well looked after with all the common areas being cleaned everyday.
