  Great equipment especially for weightlifting and powerlifting. Gym is stocked with bumper plates, 2 lifting platforms and even provide you with chalk.. highly recommended if you're looking for a gym in North Sydney area

  Hidden exit fees which Iron Grip does not advise upfront. Instead the sales pitch is, "you can cancel your membership at anytime by simply emailing the gym". Unfortunately, without 21 days notice (not written on their website or readily noted anywhere), Iron Grip will charge an additional month of fees when you decide to leave. Unnecessary, but a good indication of the untrustworthiness of the Iron Grip business and confirmation you made the right choice to leave!

  Great variety of classes - Cross fit circuit and boxing are challenging and a lot of fun.

  The atmosphere is the best, the trainers are really helpful, and they also remember your name and greet you on arrival which is really nice.

  What a fantastic place to workout! I love the atmosphere and the helpful staff. They are doing a great deal which is 35 days for $35 which I've finished and joined the gym. You won't be disappointed.
