    Also has a play area for the young ones. This gym is like a big family. Jeff the owner makes you feel welcomed top bloke.

    There are cheaper options if you aren’t wanting 24x7 but the equipment range is dazzling. The owner is friendly and even newbies are made to feel welcome. Not yet tried the cafe but is good to see the owner takes everything seriously with this business obviously a labour of love and not just a site install

    Owner Jeff is a top bloke, he and his dad run the gym and do a top job of it. The equipment is world class and during peak hours you'll still have enough room to get your workout done.

    Speechless at how good this gym is. Everything has been well thought out. 24.7 Access, Amazing showers, brand new top of the range equipment every time I go in I find something different to do!

    A superbly equipped 24hr gym! It's got good amount of space, more weights equipment than you could possibly use, and even a steam room. A clean and bright training environment. Caters to people of all fitness levels and objectives. There is even a crèche for busy parents.
