    I took out a loan from Pepper and their service was exceptionally friendly! They offer very competitive interest rates and treated me very well. I was impressed by their professionalism and their commitment to quality. I highly recommend this bank for any commercial banking needs.

    We have been on a hell ride with Pepper Finance. We had used a broker who set up our loan and had IN WRITING that we would be able to do an increase immediately after the loan as we had works to do on the new property. Pepper Finance in spite of us having decades of loan repayment history turn around after settlement and say they need six months repayment before allowing $75K extra on a loan over $2.75m in security and under 75%LVR - the stress, the frustration of not being able to move ahead on what was our dream has been horrific. I estimate they have cost me $28K in lost revenue on my home based business.

    I needed a housing loan last year. Because of a previous bankruptcy, the normal lenders wouldn't give us a loan. Pepper looked at our last 3 years savings and gave us approval based on that and our current income. I've been able to make additional repayments whenever we've been able to.

    Needless to say now that we are refinancing away they want ten business days to discharge. As someone who worked as a lender, I can't believe they get away with doing this to people.

    Quite difficult dealing with a company without a physical branch. Have to call several times for the problem with the account set-up to be fixed. I prefer a bank with a branch with someone I can talk to.
