  As mentioned in other reviews, the service could use some work. I'm pretty sure I was more polite than the person behind the counter. I was putting my wallet away when they tried to serve the person behind me. I was reaching for the paper bag when they grabbed it and shoved it to the side without saying anything. Not sure which planet you came from but that was pretty rude.

  Pastries are the best in North Sydney, yes even better than Bourke Street. Staff are always really nice. I was not too fond of the coffee that's why 4 stars.

  I had a special request for the cheesecake with stevia instead of sugar. The cake came out great and diabetes -friendly. I really liked it. This bakery will be my first choice when I need another cake.

  I had been highly recommended to order here for an event. Unfortunately this morning when my husband went to pick up the order, not only was it not ready but they had not even been bothered to prepare the order for us at all, even though this was confirmed over the phone.

  Real bread away from home. Sourdough and ficelle are my choice (and everyone's. they get often sold out). I miss baguettes. Best croissants. Sandwiches at lunch time on weekdays are tasty quick bite to grab and go.
